Meet Your Owner:
Meet Bob, the heart and soul behind K Way Vacation Properties. A retired school bus driver and a proud veteran of the U.S. Army, Bob has a deep-seated passion for patriotism that shines brightly at each of his properties. His life took a profound turn when he lost his beloved wife of 40 years in late 2019. Seeking a fresh start and a desire to be closer to his son, Rob, Bob made the move to Ocala, FL. from Denver, CO.
Bob and his daughter, Vikki live within a 20 minute drive of the properties he owns and enjoy having the opportunity to meet (if they care to) the guests he hosts. Bob says his properties will always be pet-welcoming because he enjoys traveling with his pets and believes everyone should have the same opportunity. When guests permit, Bob welcomes the opportunity to meet his 4-legged guests as well.
Inspired by his love for hospitality and the joy of bringing people together, Bob ventured into the Airbnb business shortly after settling in. His dedication to creating welcoming spaces and providing personalized experiences has transformed K Way Vacation Properties into a beloved destination for families and travelers alike. With Bob at the helm, guests can expect warm hospitality that reflects his journey of resilience, love for his family, and unwavering commitment to serving others.
To date, Bob has had the pleasure of hosting over 500 guests between 2 properties and he proudly maintains a Super Host rating greater than 4.9/5 Stars.
